The aim of the North Lincolnshire Veterans Community Hub CIC is to provide a service to all ex armed forces, their dependents, and associations who support the veteran community.

A veteran is defined as any person who has served one day in the armed forces including reserve forces and cadets.

The service is to sign post anyone who meets veteran criteria or their dependents to a service who can offer most value in regard to their issue. The aim is to provide a face to face social interaction and company for those who feel they need it, it may take the form of having a hot drink and a chat.

We aim to build established links and relationships for the benefit of service users with health professionals, charitable organisations, registered organisations, veteran owned businesses, and any credible venture which promotes the non isolation, non discrimination, and beneficial gain for veterans without a commercial aspect for itself.

The Directors of the CIC meet regularly for minuted meetings to ensure that our aims and objectives are relevant, met, and a continual improvement to the service is made.

We welcome feedback, input, and ideas from all service users and non service user with genuine interest in promoting the Hub in order to reach more veterans, however the final decision of how the Hub is represented and financial viability rests with the Directorate.
